Electric Fuel Pump Replacement

My "fairly new" expensive, rebuilt, stock, electric fuel pump for my 69 6.3 is failing and needs replacement.I'm looking for an alternative to a poorly rebuilt, stock pump. I have read that the Bosch in-line pumps MAY put out too much pressure. If not, is a single, or dual fuel pump (W126) configuration the best alternative, or is the 12psi Mallory 140 pump the way to go. Any suggestions?

Thank You.

Hello. I know about some people running Pierburg universal pum no. 7.21440.78.0 for couple of years without any issue.
