Any leads to a drag link?

I am in need of a new drag link for the front steering, as there is some slight play in the center link ends. 

The part number I have been given is 116-460-1205.

I have also been informed that these are currently not available from Mercedes.

Any leads, except from Pelican Parts? (They wrongly list it as available).
