Tires, Brakes and Suspension

....Don't do this
Author Last Post
This isn't Mercedes related regarding the marque, but does carry some weight. This happened to me last night. I didn't run over anything, nor did I run on tire with little air in it. This is what happens when you buy cheap every day tires to put on a heavy car. They WILL come apart. The side walls cannot handle the weight of these cars, especially this one or a 600. Now...these tires were on the car when I bought it a year ago, and were brand new. Three months after I bought the car, I noticed bulges on the sidewalls of all four tires. Being concerned, I kept close watch on them, but I still had my doubts about them, but figured I'd use them until they wore out. Well, they don't seem to stay together long enough to wear out. So I guess I'll be saving up for a sat of AVON's. Point in case, don't buy a tire because it's cheap. It's simply hazardous.
