No Idea but the Trosch guys are still about . It's a resource well worth reviving as the numbers of W112's being uncovered rises.
Anyone know what happened to the site?

Thanks benz_head. Will post some more tomorrow in a different thread.
Thanks for sharing!

You have your work cut out for you, but that is a great car! I would like to see more pics...whatever you have. Keep us posted, and this is a great place to ask questions.

According to the data card, this headrest should be on the passengers side.

Finally, the engine bay.

Originally it was a 2 tone combo, metallic red (571) for the body and metallic beige (462) for the roof. As you can see, interior is a mess. Pieces are there are everywhere.

Finally at home. Pretty bad shape [:(]

Have a few pics here but still figuring out how to attach them.
Awesome, Chris, can't thank you enough! Please let me know how I can support in any way.

For a new forum member with a "new" 64 300SE Coupe that is good news!

Will post pics of "Rusty" next week.
Hello Everyone,
Thanks to the generosity of Chris Johnson, I was able to secure and preserve all the information that he had on his website "www.300se.org" dedicated to the W112 cars before it disappeared off the internet.
It is now available again to see at: www.300-se.org
Unfortunately, I have not had any time to make important changes and crucial updates to the site as of yet.
Most importantly, the NEW contact email for the site is: ChrisT@300-se.org
DO NOT USE THE EMAIL LISTED ON THE WEBSITE AS IT IS OUTDATED AND WILL NOT REACH US.
Regards, Chris Trosch, new torch bearer for 300se website.

Always looking for old Mercedes wagons.
