A year ago my friend Martin Werminghausen checked this car for me in Montreal.
The then seller (Threadstarter William) promised a lot and sent pictures showing the car decades ago.
When Martin visited the car he saw chipping paint, bad smell, leaking hydraulics.
Obviously the car was parked wet for the last decade.
It was a waste of time. 
So my advise: dont buy this car without having it inspected.
For me $50000 (thats what William asked for in 2018) was way to much.

For the records:
2002 William bought this car for $14850 from Petersen Museum
2008 William offered it for $35000 (see below)
2018 William offered it for $65000 ($50000 for me)

I started both cars this morning, both engines are verry good suspention went up and stayed up all day. Mecanecly they are OK no problem. The S/N of the 600:
100-012-12-000409, the 300SE : 109.018-12-002546, body wise are. strate no rust. The 300SE same body stole the door panels and the dash cover.
Seats are OK, beige color. The 600 Black inside and it is OK.
